方德床椅一体化服务机器人

方德“床椅一体化服务机器人” 采用机器人技术和“模块化可重构一体化”的设计理念,具有自主知识产权,为国家专利,该机器人集多功能护理床、智能电动轮椅、大小便处理装置和信息辅助系统功能于一体,即可自动从护理床变形为轮椅,又可从轮椅反向变换回护理床;在护理床状态时,通过语音控制可以实现抬背与曲腿和大小便处理等功能,还配备了血压、脉搏、体温等生理参数监测及报警系统、网络视频娱乐与吃药提醒系统等;在轮椅状态时,通过手柄控制轮椅可以在卫生间、室内和走廊等空间进行移动,也可自动寻路对接回床。该床椅一体化系统可大大减轻护理人员的负担,同时还扩大了被护理者的活动范围和独立生活能力。

该机器人由方德与北航联合研制,2016年双方签订了校企合作协议,共同成立了《方德-北航智能技术与机器人联合研究中心》,目前北航与方德在工业机器人控制及医疗机器人的合作方面取得了较大进展,已转化多项成果,其中床椅一体化机器人作为国家863项目,有着极为广阔的市场。

技术创新:

Found “Bed and Chair Integration Service Robot” adopts robot technology and design concept of “Modularization and Reconfigurability Integration”. And It is Nation patent with independent intellectual property right. This robot integrates multi-functional nursing bed, intelligent electric wheelchair, bedpan device and information assistant system. It can change to wheelchair from nursing bed automatically and change back to nursing bed from wheelchair. When it is nursing bed, it can not only realize back-raise, leg-bending and fecal and urine handling, but also equip with physiological parameter monitoring of blood pressure, pulse and temperature, online entertainment and medicine warning. When it is wheelchair, it can walk in washroom, living room and corridor by controlling hand lever as well as homing automatically. This bed and chair integration system can greatly reduce the burden of nursing people and enlarge the  activity scope and independent living ability of the person being cared.

This robot is developed by Found and BUAA. In 2016, Found signed school-enterprise cooperation agreement with BUAA (Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics), establishing “Found - BUAA United Research Center of Intelligent Technology and Robot”.For the moment Found and BUAA  has made a great achievement in the cooperation of industrial robot control and medical robot, transforming many outcomes, among which bed and chair integration robot has broad market as national '863' program.
