山东晨灿机械设备股份有限公司(原名：山东晨灿机械有限公司)成立于1998年，是集数控龙门加工中心研发、生产于一体的高新技术企业，所有产品均通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证和欧盟CE认证，企业实现了ERP信息化管理，拥有独立进出口权。公司于2014年11月完成改制工作，并于2014年12月在青岛蓝海股权交易中心正式挂牌(股权简称：晨灿机械，股权代码：800162）。

公司位于山东省齐河经济开发区，占地2万平方米，拥有现代化厂房1.3万平方米。现有职工150人，各类专业技术人员60人。近年来不断斥巨资引进美国哈斯数控加工中心、台湾亚威龙门加工中心、美国雷顿三坐标检测中心等先进的机械设备，确保了产品所有机械部件的加工精度，使我们公司的加工制造能力在行业内始终处于绝对领先地位。

公司主要产品有：三轴、四轴、五轴龙门加工中心，木工雕刻机，石材雕刻机，保丽龙雕刻机(泡沫雕刻机、木模雕刻机），数控加工中心(自动换刀雕刻机）等，关键零部件均为国际知名品牌。
